Blackberry Cobbler

Butter 9" oblong dish

1 cup sugar
1 cup self rising flour
1 cup milk

Mix together

Melt one stick of butter (1/2 cup)
Whisk into batter

Pour batter into buttered pan sprinkle 4 cups of blackberries over batter. Frozen work fine if you don't have fresh.

Sprinkle 1/4 cup of sugar over top.

Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until top begins to brown.
