Powder River Pass
Just west of Buffalo Wyoming we began winding through the mountains and crested Powder River Pass at an elevation of 9665 ft. Cody our 19 year old traveler wanted to climb the rock formation beside the road. He ran out of steam quickly due to the thin air but he made it farther than any of the rest of us.
